Shipping:

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Availability of items is not always guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Please allow approximately 3 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Expected arrival for domestic orders is approximately 3-7 business days from the shipping date. Expected arrival for international orders is approximately 7-21 business days from the shipping date.

Sizing:

Some of our items are not standard sizing, please review the size and measurements before your purchase is complete. For further informations about sizing please contact us.

Returns:

All sales are final unless an item received has a notable defect. In case of a defective item, we must be notified within 3 days. Should there be a return issued, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

International Duties & Taxes:

For all international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or related charges assessed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected, controlled, or influenced by us or by our shipping carriers.
